[BirdPhotoIndia] Ashy-crowned Sparrow Lark

Ashy-crowned Sparrow Lark was a scarce bird in Kolkata area few years
back but now they are thriving in the Rajarhat area so much so that
photographers tend to ignore them. Possibly a case of a range
extension.

The hectic construction activities in Rajarhat area may have provided
suitable habitat for them for the time being.

On 17.11.2013 in Rajarhat area, Kolkata.
