(delhibirdpix) white-eye id

loc- Eraviculam NP, Munnar, kerala
date 15 Sep 13
habitat- Shola forests
A flock of white-eyes were foraging in the area. The call was distinctly harsher and the birds seemed darker than the oriental white-eye. A very conspicuos black fore head. It was quite different from the OWE which is very common in my garden in jamnagar. The area is not in the range of Srilanka white-eye.The brochure for the park does have a mention as 'Nilgiri white eye'.  I would be grateful for expert opinion on this. Thanx
