[BirdPhotoIndia] Fire-tailed Myzornis

Fire-tailed Myzornis male | Eaglenest WLS, Arunachal Pradesh | 03.02.2014

This is one another beautiful species which was always high on my wishlist since the day I bought my first bird guide. Finally after 5 years I was able to make a decent image of it. The male and female both were seen drinking the sap which was coming out of an oak tree, just beside the jeep track. Unfortunately they were active on the part of the trunk which was in shade, hence I had to pump up the ISO to get a decent shutter speed.

regards,

Soumyajit Nandy
