[BirdPhotoIndia] Id please

Dear All,

 

Branches of couple of trees in our garden was trimmed today. This bird took refuge in our flat after being chased by bunch of crows. We have managed to save the bird from the crows and kept it covered by a big plastic basket. We will release the bird tomorrow morning. Meanwhile we have provided him or her with a bowl of water & moong dal which accepted very well.

Can anyone identify & help.
