-- When I saw this bird for the first time in Kanchendzonga N.P., Sikkim (Courtesy: Chewang Rinchen Bonpo) it was so far that even through the binoculars its features were kind of obscure. Some years have gone by since then; missed the bird on way to Cherry Valley with no luck whatsoever.
This time the sight of the bee hives had kindled the feeling of fortune in South-Central Bhutan in way to Tingtibi. The bird did not disappoint us either by giving ample opportunity to observe it minutes together.
