The list of birders on the Surajpur-Dadri trip is given below. And the list is attached. The program remain the same as mentioned below.
The updated chart mentions the cars and the seats available. The aim is to take min cars as it will make it easy to follow and at dadri were we will be doing car birding, it will be easy to manage. Extra cars will be left at Amity school. In case you all send address and see if you team up can be done from the residence.
Look forward to an excellent birding trip. Don’t forget to get b’fast and a little snack for later as we will be birding till at least 1400 hrs

Subject: BB day 16 Feb 14 - Surajpur and dadri
Dear All,
The team for Surajpur and dadri is attached, giving the detrails of the team members and the transport available with the number of seats available.
We will meet at Amity school Noida. The map is given below. Car pool in will be done in order to take min cars on the trip The
Sunrise is at 0659 hrs on the 16 Feb. We should try and reach Surajpur by 0700 hrs.
Meeting at Amity School will be at 0630 Hrs. Try to be on time so that the we can car pool and leave on time.
Carry B’fast and Coffee tea and snacks as it will be a long day. We will move to dadri from Surajpur and will spend about two hrs at dadri.
The purpose of the BB day is to report the spotting of birds in the day. As you leave your house in the morning-take a look around and note all the birds you see during your journey to amity and there after to the birding site.
The email of all the birders taking part is given. Plz coordinate for the car pooling.
