Hello,
History repeats itself only to reveal more. March and April of 2012 will always be etched in memory as we saw a juvenile Firethroat at Habra, N24Paraganas, WB. But before it had attained complete adult plumage, it had left early (last seen 1st April 2012). This year a more colorful individual was found by Mr. Parthasarathi Mondal at Piyali Island, possibly the southern-most record of this bird so far. Lets hope this fellow likes the place and spends a few days of adulthood before taking off.
