(delhibirdpix) The Commoners - # 172.02 - Red-Whiskered Bulbul (Pycnonotus jocosus) - 2014-239

Not as exciting as some areas but the Sector I live in Noida does have quite a few bird species.
Without any efforts my tally is a Deck of Cards with three Jokers.

The Bird chatter is almost though the day but a lot more in the morning.  Lazy as I am, I do not
get out enough on the Terrace/Roof to watch birds but it was fun on 24th and 25th morning when
the chatterati was calling and i set up my Camera-Lens.  Got the usual ones. Sunbird, Bulbuls, White-Eye,
Barbet, Parakeets, Pigeons, Doves, Sparrows etc and then these were all silenced by the local
Bully - a Shikra that generally visits.

Here are some images.

A Red-Whiskered Bulbul - I think they still have young in the nest in the neighbouring plot.
