Some shots of the crown stripe are attached here. Superficially I felt the birds resembled Western Crowned but their vocal nature suggested otherwise.

I had earlier identified these birds as Western Crowned Warblers. However after some valuable inputs from Puja Sharma and after listening to recordings on xeno canto asia, I can positively say that these are Blyth's Leaf Warblers.
As for as I know this is the first record from the NCR area.
