(delhibirdpix) Terrace Birding: Hume's Whitethroat

Hi everyone,

A Hume's Whitethroat has temporarily taken up residence near my New Delhi house these days. The ID features that distinguish it from the similar Lesser Whitethroat are:
1.) Tends to "churr" more often while calling
2.) Darker grey on the face and crown
2.) Greyer on the upperparts (2nd photo)

These are rather uncommon passage migrants and winter visitors to NCR.
