Dusky has the white eye crescent and I really cant see how anyone can call that supercilium indistinct! It is neither dark enough nor yellowish enough for Smoky.

The rather pale lower mandible is unusual for Smoky. However, the yellow centre to throat and obvious yellow wash to underparts is not something one would expect from a dusky warbler.

IMHO its Smoky. There are two races of smoky by the way acc. to Grimmets book. One of then is a very dark northeastern race and the other is not as dark and it winters scarcely in this region of the country. This one is probably the latter race.

Any other take on this one ? Both Savithri and I have posted additional images of this individual.
There is a "bold white crescent below eye" and the supercilium appears indistinct to me. Perhaps Yogesh can provide additional field observations ?

I would say Dusky on long, obvious supercilium, two toned (as opposed to all dark) bill and brownish (as opposed to blackish) legs.
