(delhibirdpix) Fwd: Id confirmation : Collared Scops Owl (Otus lettia)?

With attachment this time.

Shot from my flat in DDA Munirka, New Delhi.

One bird moved in on 18.02.2015. The second joined it on 20.02.2015. They have been around since then, sometimes sitting on a bare branch just below a street light. Havent seen them for a couple of days though, probably because of the rain.

These two have added a very spring-active set of birds in our balcony area.
