Large Pied Wagtail or White Browed Wagtail at Bio-Diversity Park, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh on 2nd April, 2015.
Forest Department of Chhattisgarh has developed a Bio-Diversity Park at Talpuri, Bhilai, Durg District. I visited this park in 2nd April 2015. Though I am not satisfied with the way they are developing and maintaining the park, I found a variety of birds in the park.
This Large Pied Wagtail (as Salim Ali named it) or White Browed Wagtail (as Grimmett & Rasmussen named it) was my first sighting that morning. Though this bird is usually seen in pairs throughout the year, I could not find the female bird.
