Saw this bird in the campus yesterday. The first reaction was that it is a juvenile OMR. However, something was not right. Its size was more like a 'miniature OMR' than a juvenile, if the plumage can be discounted.
-- It was a bold one and kept flicking its tail- lowering it and bringing it horizontal.
It did not see it after the 23rd though.
ID help please.
