Yet another enjoyable outing to Parsaul & Dhanauri Kalan Wetlands (50 KMs SSE of Delhi),

Greater Noida in the company of visitors from Bangaluru and Massachusetts on 1st November

2015.

The Migratory have arrived but not in the numbers expected generally at this time but this

could simply be due to the weather not being cold enough as yet.

Surprise of the day was sighting of over a dozen Rosy Pipits at Parsaul.  I have only seen 

these in ones or twos generally.

Saw an Oriental Honey-Buzzard in light morph.  Just perched on the tree to pose for

a portrait.

As usual, we got the car stuck and needed a tractor to pull us out.
