[BirdPhotoIndia] WHITE-THROATED DIPPER DARK MORPH

The Dipper was photographed in Gurudogmar lake on 09.05.2011. In the lake I first spotted this bird and afterwards I saw the White-throated dipper. The first one, at a glimpse I identified as Brown dipper. Which is very common in Sikkim and I became busy with my white-throated lifer. But a few days back, Biswapriya showed me a photograph of White-throated Dipper in dark morph ('sordidus') from the book  -
A Field Guide to the Birds of the Indian Subcontinent by Krys Kazmierczak & B. van Perlo.

And he was correct,  it is Rare dark morph of White Throated Dipper ('sordidus').

Sorry for poor photographs...
