Thanks. I have also compared the photo uploaded by me with the image of a Grey Headed Fish Eagle downloaded from Ceylon Bird Club website, attached for ready reference. Apart from the shape and sitting posture, the black wings, black breast, white belly and white thigh are a close match. I think your ID is correct
