Asola on 2nd June was mostly about the big Blue-Cheeked Bee-Eaters that glided around, initially not perching anywhere near to grant us a good look and then they did giving us a chance to see a good deal of them.
These shots show how one one them plucked out a flying cicada from the air, tossed it up and caught it again.
