[BirdPhotoIndia] Mother and Child

It was nice to see mama Lapwing shepherd her Chick. Never too close, she allowed the youngster to forage for itself while she kept close watch on the chick and for intruders. Did not hesitate to chase away a crow when it came too near her baby.
