[BirdPhotoIndia] Sri Lanka Endemic #8

Eurasian Blackbird (Turdus merula kinnisii) in the rain. Not an endemic (as yet) but the Sri Lankan sub-species

Differs from the Himalayan spp (T.m.maximus) in having an orbital patch and from the Peninsular (T.m.nigropileus) by being uniformly bluish-grey.
