(delhibirdpix) Flutter of Ten Thousand Wings

Flutter of 10000 + Wings is a pleasure unparalleled. This is what
Dadri Wetland is all about these days - thanks to good rains in the
area the gone Monsoon. Every time, which is just about every 10-15
minutes, a Bird of Prey passes/dives, one just hear the soothing music
of the flutter of wings.

The Clouds in the Sky and Fog on the Ground did not dampen the
pleasure a bit.

The place is full of Pintails, Shovelers, Gadwals, Greylag and Bar-
Headed Geese, Ruddy Shelducks, Common Teals, Whistling Teals, Herons,
Egrets, Cormorants, Larks, Pipits, Black-tailed Gotwits (though not
that many Wadrs that were generally seen) - all harassed by Marsh
Harriers, Indian and Greater Spotted and this morning by one Steppe
(Id questionable) Eagle.

The Black-necked Stork pair is happy with their three new borns.

Apologies for exceeding the size a bit.

Cheers.
