(delhibirdpix) Oriental Honey Buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus)

It's always nice to see one perched. Quite common here and I see them soaring in the sky every now and then, but this is only the second time I have seen one settled down, although the light was horrible, in the past year or so.
