(delhibirdpix) Fw: [birds-chandigarh] hornbill from Sirsa in Haryana!!!

Dear Vivek, A rare record considering it is well outside it's range. Are there any known records from that area? The bird shows some degree of nomadic movement but this one seems to have travelled a few hundred Km outside its known range.
