[BirdPhotoIndia] ID Confirmation please

Well, I got this shot at Shyamkhola. This is my first BIF shot, so not that great (more so when I think about the shots of Sri Sumit Sen). As I am very new to this hobby I consulted the book of Salim Ali (Bangla version, publisher NBT) and it seems to be called "Egret". If I understood it correctly, which type of Egret is it? According to the book there are 3 types, Great Egret (Egretta alba), Medium Egret (E. Intermedia) and Small egret (E. Garzetta). My best guess is Small Egret (E. Grazetta).
Please confirm.
