[BirdPhotoIndia] Are these baya weavers?

Are these baya weavers? Saw them in Nalban in eastern Calcutta wetlands. The one on the left seemed a juvenile being fed by its mother on the right. However, since this is not the season for baya juveniles I was wondering what else it could be. There was no baya nesting colony nearby. It was just tall grass in front of a water body. And even if there are nesting colonies I don't think they have even paired up as of now as heightened nest building activity was on in full swing in a place that was at a distance from this spot.

Could someone please help/confirm with the id?
