[BirdPhotoIndia] Baby owl for ID

This little owl which definitely looks like a juvenile was being harassed in our garden by a bunch of Red-vented bulbuls. Not sure what it was doing in broad daylight out in the open. Is it possible to have an ID on it?  Thank you.
