What an unfortunate acronym to have...
A female Barred buttonquail (Turnix suscitator) with (one of) her Mr. Buttonquails are polyandrous birds; fittingly the female is brighter & bigger.
Barred buttonquails are not true quails, being distinguished by the polyandrous behavior mentioned above as well as the lack of the hind toe
Also referred to as Bustardquails
