dear friends as per my thinking,
absence of dark lores,ab of black eye stripe,very much difference in second and third toe(nearly double) legs yellow,light appearance of wings,dark tail, head streaked darker,are not like tawny pipit.(also in may w.visitors not possible.)
bird was near the water and short wet grass , some time collecting nesting material also.small flights after perching on stem for feeding in short wet grass. landing was like sykes's lark.taken many pictures sending some for id
