It looks like a Plain Prinia to me, If I have identified it correctly, is it P. I. franklinii? Though I must confess that it looked smaller than much 13cm to me. It was very active with shrill and loud call. It was hovering over the grassland. Photographed at Shyamkhola, 24 Parganas (South), West Bengal yesterday.
