Hi,
They came early in the morning and invaded this tree. It seemed they were very fond of these seed bearing fruits as they got very busy feeding on them for half an hour. Though they were totally oblivious to our presence, it was difficult shooting these restless birds who were half-hidden among the green leaves and mostly moving at the canopy of this tall tree. Some of them were of lighter colour. I am not sure whether they were females or sub-adults.I want to know the name of this tree also. Experts comments would be much appreciated.
Yellow-breasted Greenfinches, shot at Kolkham,W.B,India on 24th April'11.
Thanks,
Maitreyee
