Hi All,
Amur Falcon, Falco amurensis on 24 Oct, 2011 at Cherrapunji, Meghalaya, India. A single bird was seen circling the sky.
Unlike the ghostly and gloomy rainy season (after-all Cherrapunji is a very wet place), it was pleasantly bright and sunny on 23/24 Oct.
Relentless persecution has decimated the birds (or has made them very wary) as very little activity was observed.
