Blue Rock Pigeons in urban and rural landscapes have been studied by
scientists in Europe . Melanistic Pigeon populations density is more
in Urban Areas compare to Rural populations which are less melanistic
than urban ones. The frequency of birds with aberrant plumage colors
varies randomly and is increased in some localities.
