(delhibirdpix) Again Wrong Image

I Spoke to all concerned yesterday in media & MoEF wrote a mail as well to CM but in vain again stolen pic of Eurasian Tree Sparrow from net in today's TOI The first image is the one which has published and second is the original one. What to say??
