(delhibirdpix) Blue-naped Pitta

Not having seen the more common Indian Pitta ever, viewing the rare Blue-Naped Pitta felt like having the icing without the cake!  It was sitting quietly under a tea bush at a considerable distance unperturbed by excited birders and cameras. Would have loved to hear/see its call but it kept a sagacious silence.
