"With the help of a friend I fiddled with you pic and I have attached what we finally got. As you can see the yellow collar is actually present on the bird which is not seen in the Chestnut Bunting. And there's really no chestnut colouration on the mantle & back instead what you have is a black & yellow pattern which again is not seen in the Chestnut Bunting. I hence think it's good for an adult male Red-Headed Bunting (E. bruniceps). Also the maps seem to indicate that the Chestnut Bunting is a very easterly bird...
