(delhibirdpix) Spotted Nutcracker

Seen at Sunderview, Eaglenest. First, a single sitting on a dead branch, and later, twice, a pair, sitting very high atop a pine tree. Its loud corvid-like cawing the second time, drew our attention to some serious harrowing - and eventual driving away - by the pair, of an Upland Buzzard. Unfortunately, I did not get any shots of this, so absorbed was I in observing this fantastic real-life drama!
