I do not recall seeing this bird before from my balcony, nor is it in my 'Balcony Bird' list which I update quite promptly.
-- This individual sat on a nearby building briefly this morning. Managed only these two shots, the second being quite unhelpful!
What would the white marks at the base of its beak indicate?
