(delhibirdpix) Bird id

Dear All,

Is this an Asian Brown Flycatcher? The first photo, A, was taken in Mumbai in Nov.2012 and the second, B (quite obvious) was taken in Dec.2012, in Vill. Matheri Sheikhan, Dist. Ambala, Haryana.
