 Glad I can make myself useful. Note that today's juvenile Shikra from Avinash Sant is also a male: small feet, and, for another clue, a rather large (and blocky) head relative to body size.

What a lovely picture!  This little male (small feet) in the upper photo is showing a typical sunning/drying-out posture, seen especially after a period of rain or a pretty heavy dew in the morning.  It is not a display (i.e., not directed at other individuals) but merely comfort behavior.
