It was such a treat to not only see more than a dozen of our covetted lifer in a flock, but also absolutely thrilling to witness the ~13 Phalaropes spin together (like dervishes), with their beaks in the water. Probably trying to skim some food from the water? Whatever it was, it was an ecstatic sight!
