(delhibirdpix) Short-eared Owl - 2

Location: Little Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, India
Date: Dec 23, 2013

Equipment: Nikon D800 with Nikkor 200-400mm VR-II lens

Description: It was interesting to see as many as 8 Short-eared Owls in close proximity of each other at LRK this year. We saw 3 of them in the same Prosopis juliflora bush, 2 of them perched 6 feet above the ground!
