(delhibirdpix) ID Help - Which Bunting?

Hi All,

I shot the bird in Lingampally area of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh sometime in the month of October 2013.

It was very far and I was able to get just one distant shot. Attaching a 100% crop of the picture for identification.
