(delhibirdpix) Please help with ID (Birds of Himalayan foothills in Dehradun)

Hi,

Here are two (different) birds which I want to ID.

The 1st one probably is a juvenile as it was being fed by a larger Rufus colored bird (parent ?)

The 2nd one looks like Plumbeous WaterRedstart female ? (Then surprisingly, I didn't see any male around on any of the 4 days i spent there)

Date: 5th March 2014

Location: Himalayan foothills of Kairwaan Gaon, (Makhret PS), Rajpur, Dehradun, India
