(delhibirdpix) Wader for ID

Hello all,

Seen at Velas (Konkan coast, Maharashtra) on 15/3/2014. The bird in the foreground (looking at the viewer) seems to have distinctly darker legs than the rest of the birds, which are Greater Sand Plovers. Is the bird in question a Lesser Sand Plover or is it just a play of light on the legs?
