[BirdPhotoIndia] ID Request: Aquila Eagle

I have these two grainy shots of what I think is an Aquila (Tawny?) taken on 28th December, 2013 in Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary, Goa, India.

Can you please help in ID'ing this? Both shots are of the same bird.
