At Kulik Wildlife Sanctuary, north dinajpur west bengal,
I just couldn't get a better picture much as I tried. I was stuck in place and couldn't move to get a clear picture.
Tail appears worn out but streaking throat and upper belly do point towards this bird.
Confirmation will be appreciated.
