This individual was photographed in North Sikkim on 30.07.2014. at an approx altitude of 14500 ft. It appears to be a female of Streaked Rosefinch but I am not sure. Experts are requested to confirm the Id of the bird. I apologize for the poor quality of the picture because of distance and back light. Thanks in anticipation.
