While we were in the process of collecting signatures, Mr. Goyal had spoken to the concerned authorities
and indicated that a meeting would be arranged.
Quoted below is the message from Mr. Goyal and the mail received by him from APCCF. The main theme
of the message from APCCF is Bird Count etc on a continual basis but we can raise our main concern of
keeping the Park open through the year.
The meeting is scheduled at 1200 Hours, Noon, on Tuesday, 2nd September. I am quite sure quite a few
of you would be interested in joining the meeting - the more the merrier.
Please let me know if you would be coming. I would compile the list and circulate to this group and to Mr. Goyal
to convey to APCCF.
Suggest we meet about 20 minutes earlier to discuss how
to interact with the APCCF.
