Hi everyone,
Saw this Booted Eagle soaring quite high above my house on Friday morning. I initially though it was a Black Kite but closer inspection revealed the distinctive "headlights" on the shoulders (as visible in the photo).I have seen Booted eagles several times around the Ridge area and near India Gate in the last 3-4 years.
