Sorry, Anand, but I think the ID here is more difficult than you thought.  I believe your pictures are of a Bonelli's eagle juvenile; the legs are just way too long and the head is the wrong shape for a Booted, plus the beak doesn't quite fit that species.  Yes, I do see the "headlights," but these also on occasion show up in Bonelli's, though when they do, they usually are less pronounced than in Booteds.
